2 Somtehing going well @ church

Education of our Youth, Approach of church becoming environmentally friendly, Vibrant spirituality, movie series, Sunday services, music, litergy, fellowship, study groups.

4Church Council

Scott updated the group on the Church Council discission. Questions on why we are spending money....We have an obligation to maintain the BLDGS & property of Church. Keep quality up. Funds come from a different pot other than pledged donations.

Scott will continue to keep us informed

Fridge.

Refridgerator. the Tim & Lynnea Hernandez family donated refridgerator to church for use in round building this past month. It's too large. Check into what it may take to make it fit.

d: Solar Panels

Solar Panel committee not yet formed. Procede with providing solar by third party - option 3 from last meeting Will leave on agenda for updating,Tim mentioned that the city may be providing a tax credit to buildings that go green.

e Misc.Paint

Painting has begun. Two rooms in the Narthex and ext. doors of the round building. Focus will be the outside painting.. Note in the process of painting bugs were found in wood. Need to contact exterminator. 909-988-7477

f Misc Trees

Trees removed at a cost of $700.00 paid by nursery school an additional @ $700 was spent to remove trees at parsonage and near nursery. (cost split at $350ea. 1/2 to parsonage1/2 to BoT)

g restroom Remodeling

June start date. Discussed a writing campaign to up the level of awareness of the congregation of the project. Dick also proposed having a summer class on project management that interested folks could attend that would monitor the restroom project and the

Letter from Booster women stating that they do not want to see choir room/infant room change. Leave for future discussion.
